Karate is an excellent way to get fit whilst having fun.

It's an activity all the family can join in with and learn together.

You're never too old to start learning karate and we have beginners of all ages. 
Exercising and taking up a new skill at an older age is an excellent way to get fit and keep your brain active. 

Whether you're an absolute beginner or you've trained before you are welcome to either begin or continue your martial arts journey with us.

We have multiple classes which specialise in certain aspects of Karate, as well as grade specific classes which allow us to focus on the needs of smaller groups.

The grading and belt system of martial arts allows you to monitor your progress and gives you a stuctured programme of development. 
Karate is a fully inclusive sport and which can be adapted to allow you to fulfill your full potential despite any physical or mental disabilities you may have. 
We cater for children on the autistic spectrum and always teach in a patient understanding manner.
